The system is intended to collect organisation information; In situations where the organisation’s contact information is synonymous with its owner or representing individual, then the contact information is deemed public information.

Other information: Financial, staffing, challenges and areas for support are confidential. This information is used by the ministry to work with the organisations.

Email of the person entering the information
The system stores the email of the person who enters the information, so they can continue to update the information going forward.

Third-parties

The system uses the Google Cloud platform, therefore the email address of the person who signs into the application is logged with Google for authentication.

Rights of the users

The user who enters the information can update it at any time. They can also contact the data owner to remove the entry from the database, this will also remove the email address used to enter the information.
